Monthly Plans (Starter, Growth, Scale)
Plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime — cancellation stops the next billing cycle, and you keep full access until the current period ends. The current month's payment is non-refundable once development hours have been used. If you cancel within the first 7 days of your first billing cycle and no work has been delivered, we'll refund that payment in full.

Fixed-Price Projects
Project work is billed by milestone. Deposits secure your slot in our schedule and cover discovery work, so they're non-refundable once that work begins. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable. If you cancel mid-project, you pay only for milestones completed and work in progress — anything unstarted is refunded.

Our 30-Day Guarantee
Every launch includes 30 days of free bug fixes. If something we built doesn't work as specified, we fix it at no cost — that's our first answer, always.

Before You Dispute a Charge
If anything about a bill looks wrong, email us first at support@cyphtech.com — we respond within 24 hours and resolve genuine billing errors with a refund, no argument. Chargebacks filed without contacting us delay resolution for everyone and may pause active work on your project while the dispute is open.

Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
