Scope of Work
Cyphtech designs and builds apps, SaaS products and web applications. Every project starts with a written scope that covers what we’re building, what it costs and when it ships. That written scope is the agreement we both work from.

Payments & Plans
Monthly plans (Starter, Growth and Scale) are billed monthly in advance through Square and you can cancel anytime. One-time projects are billed by milestone: a deposit books your slot and each phase is paid before the next one begins. Invoices are due within 7 days unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Revisions & Ownership
Reasonable revisions are included in every milestone. If a request goes beyond the agreed scope, we price it and get your go-ahead before the extra work starts. Once your project is paid in full, the finished work is yours. We may show it in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

Cancellations & Refunds
You can cancel at any time. If you cancel mid-project, you pay only for completed milestones and work in progress. Refunds are handled under our refund policy at cyphtech.com/refund-policy.

Support & Liability
Every launch includes 30 days of free bug fixes. Beyond that, our responsibility on any project is limited to the amount you paid us for it.
