Clinics run on phone calls and paper diaries — double-bookings, no-shows, and hours lost to admin. MediBook replaces that with an app where patients book their own slots, get automatic reminders, and clinics see their entire day at a glance.
Booking a doctor shouldn't feel harder than ordering food. The patient flow takes three taps from open to booked. On the clinic side, the schedule view is built for reception desks — drag to reschedule, color-coded by visit type, and readable from across the room.
Built with Flutter for a single codebase across iOS and Android, backed by Node.js and PostgreSQL. Push notifications handle reminders, and the sync engine keeps clinic and patient views consistent even on unstable connections.
The concept demonstrates how a focused booking flow can cut no-shows through automated reminders and free reception staff from the phone — a pattern we now apply across healthcare projects.
