The core view is the stock table — searchable, filterable, and live. Low-stock alerts, bundle handling, and bulk edits are built into the flow instead of buried in settings. Order management mirrors how warehouse teams actually pick and pack.
Node.js services with a PostgreSQL core and Redis for the sync queue. Channel connectors reconcile inventory events in order, so a sale on one marketplace decrements stock everywhere within seconds — with conflict resolution when channels disagree.
The concept proves out real-time multi-channel sync at scale — the hardest problem in commerce operations. The event-driven architecture developed here powers our approach to every inventory-heavy build.
