Privacy Policy

If you use the contact form, we receive what you put into it: your name, email address, the budget range you pick, and whatever you tell us about the project. If you email us or book a call instead, we hold what you send there. There is no account to create and nothing on this site asks you for more than that.

Calls are booked through Calendly, which collects your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.

No advertising trackers, no fingerprinting, no cookies set by us for marketing, and no profile built about you. We do not buy or sell contact data, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you emailed us once.

This site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel records standard request data (IP address, timestamp, page requested, browser type) for security and reliability. We do not use it to build a profile of you.

We also run Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which count page views and measure how fast pages load. Both are cookieless, neither identifies you, and we use them to see which pages people read and which ones are slow.

To answer you, quote a project, and run any project we take on. Nothing else.

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records are kept for as long as we are legally required to keep business and tax records, then deleted.

Only the tools we need to run the business: Web3Forms, which delivers the contact form to our inbox; Vercel, which hosts the site and provides the analytics above; Calendly for bookings; our email provider; and our accountant for invoices. Client material is never shared with anyone else without your say-so.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@cyphtech.com and we will action it within thirty days. You do not need to give a reason.

If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection apply, and we handle them the same way.

This is a business-to-business service. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top. Anything that would meaningfully widen what we collect gets told to active clients directly.
