Refund Policy

The deposit reserves capacity and covers the first stage of work. Once a project has started it is non-refundable, because the time it bought has been set aside and, in most cases, already spent.

If you pay a deposit and cancel before any work begins, we refund it in full.

Milestones are invoiced against work already delivered: a design stage completed, a build stage shipped. Once a milestone is delivered and approved, that payment is not refundable.

You pay for work completed to the point of cancellation, and anything already paid for is yours to keep and use, including files. If you have paid ahead of the work actually completed, we refund the difference.

If we cannot complete a project for a reason on our side, we refund everything you have paid for work not delivered, and you keep whatever has been delivered. We will say so as early as we know rather than let a project drift.

For thirty days after launch we fix defects in our own work at no cost. That is a fix, not a refund. The aim is that the thing you paid for works.

Money spent on your behalf with third parties (domains, hosting, stock licences, ad spend, plugin or template licences) is not refundable by us, because it is not ours to return.

Changing direction, changing your mind about the design, or a business decision to stop the project are not defects and are not grounds for a refund of completed work.

Email support@cyphtech.com with the project name and what went wrong. We respond within two business days and aim to resolve it without either of us needing anyone else involved.
