Den Talica — case study cover

The brief

Practice software is bought by a dentist who is between patients and has about four minutes. It is then used, all day, by a front-desk team who were not consulted about the purchase.

Den Talica — screens from the build

The work

The site sells to the dentist: fewer no-shows, patient records in one place, less time on admin. Short, concrete, no workflow diagrams.

The interface, though, was designed for the front desk. That is where the software either works or quietly gets abandoned. Appointment states, patient records and billing were laid out to be legible across a busy room on a mid-range monitor — which is the real deployment environment, not a designer's display.

Calls we made

01

Bright blue kept to the product screens so the clinical UI stays calm.

02

Patient records shown populated. An empty CRM proves nothing.

03

Every claim on the site written so a dentist could repeat it to a colleague without a deck.

Have something like this to build?
